On July 4th, 2019, Sergeant H. Dennis Jarin III of the Ocean Township Police Department (Ocean County) had the honor of presenting a Memorial Rose on behalf of the Police Unity Tour Chapter 10 to General Oscar Albayalde, who is the Police Chief Director General of the Philippine National Police, on his recent visit to the Philippines. The Gold Rose was presented in honor of the Fallen 44 officers who lost their lives in the Mamasapano Clash and other officers from the Philippine National Police who made the ultimate sacrifice in the performance of their duty. The Memorial Rose along with the letter from Police Unity Tour Chapter 10 President Nicholas Szymanski will be placed in the Hero’s Museum where it can be viewed by other officers, their family members, the family of the fallen officers and the members of the public.
